• Takedown / removal request—If you wish to remove your own work or account. Please use this only when you cannot delete it from the management dashboard.
• Copyright infringement claim—If a work on the Service infringes your copyright. Please include the URL of the work, the basis of the claim, and your contact information.
• Reporting content—If you have found a work or comment that may violate the Terms. Where possible, include the URL and the specific passage.
• Bug reports / feature requests—Defects on the Service or improvement ideas. Please include reproduction steps, browser / OS, and the time of occurrence if possible.
• Press, partnerships, other—Media coverage, partnerships, interview requests.

We typically reply within three business days. Time-sensitive matters such as copyright claims are prioritized.
